SHA Proposed Const Changes and Nominations

Clubs and Life Members
Please find attached some proposed Constitutional changes. It appears to be
quite a lot (4 pages) but we are really only cleaning things up since the
change last year with having 5 directors who would be responsible for various
duties within the Board and also with the demise of SHUA.
Also attached are the nominations for Board positions.
Please note that we need to find a Finance Director to look after the books of
SHA – could you please ask ALL your players and junior parents. Remember,
anyone who puts their hand up to help will have total ongoing support and
training. They will not be left in the lurch to learn the ropes.
